Once the wheel has been fitted and used then it will no longer be eligible for return. Exact delivery time slots cannot be allocated by myself, the courier does email you on the day of delivery with an estimated time for delivery. If delivery fails, the courier will attempt again the following day. If the delivery fails again, the goods will be stored at your local depot for 5 days for you to arrange collection before the items are returned back to me. If items are returned back, there will be a charge of £20 that will be deducted from your full refund. If a delivery fails and the goods are returned back to us, I can arrange for the items to be re-sent however there will be an additional re-delivery charge depending on the good in the order. If an item is returned back, your refund will be minus the original delivery charge paid by me.
