Description: This is a Very nice early 1878-1932 New York Knife Co / Hammer Brand Eureka Jack pattern knife. Not an easy pattern to find anywhere, and even by NYK makes this one extra special, I am listing 2 of them. It is a big knife measures 3¾" overall. Blades have been resharpened and do have stains typical of a nearly 100-year-old blade. The master blade also has a 2" double swedge or false edge with a long nail pull on the top spine. It has dark wood scales in good condition with typical wear and a great Nickel Silver pinned Cool shield. It also has very nice groove filed bottom steel liners (hard to see in the pictures) and steel pins. It has a nice, embossed Nickel Silver bottom bolsters and fancy fluted Nickel Silver top bolsters (see pictures). Truly a RARE and Sunday Best pocketknife of the day. Feel free to ask any questions I am listing a lot of rare vintage knives from a 65-year-3 generation collection, and I do list daily. Thanks for looking!
