Description: What a magnificent image: a fantastic running witch in a red dress and flowing black cape, holding a broom, and her trusty black cat, chasing a couple pumpkin people with straw legs and arms into the woods. They look more like mischievous children caught in the orchard than actually frightened. All all the action happens under a bemused full moon lighting up a dark sky. And of course the pumpkin folks, witch, and cat are all embossed. You have to decide whether the image overrides the edge deterioration over the last 115 years. My late sister had a massive collection of postcards which she started collecting at flea markets around Pittsburgh, PA when we were kids well over 50 years ago; she kept on collecting. Even in the 1960s, these postcards were at least 50 years old, and hardly meant to be kept forever (read the generally unexciting messages on the back). Love the wonderful language that comes with a "Tuck" card, e.g. "Art Publishers to Their Majesties the King and Queen": I'm starting to sell my sister's collection with the great holiday of Halloween! Enjoy! Thanks for looking.Rick
