A printed fold-over that stretches from the left side of the sheet. Double folded after the face printing. The over-print shows it was partially printed because of the double fold that was behind the note. Third party graded P.M.G #45EPQ, Exceptional paper quality added. This would be a note I disagree with grade. It clearly appears to be Choice About Uncirculated. Folded during the printing process.
