Description: Here is an original Master Cylinder from a 1962 Corvette dated 71361 (July 13, 1961). In late 61, Delco started using the clear plastic cap instead of the metal cap on previous models, and this cap is original, yellowed, and in excellent condition. The rubber boot is also in excellent condition. The casting number 5456022 has the large font "022". The front plug has part number 5454480 with 320-G underneath. This casting is correct for 1959 - 1962 Corvettes and is a service replacement for 1953 - 1958 models. It is in great shape cosmetically and may benefit from a rebuild kit. Untested.
