Description: 24” size for taller riders. From my understanding , a 4C1 serial number makes it the first 24” Competition frame produced. My best guess is that the frame is either a Team Comp or Super Comp made anywhere from late 1985 to 1987, around there. Frame and fork both hand fillet brazed by Tom Ritchey. Sale as-is in vintage condition.
