Description: 410 Gauge Shotgun Snap Caps - this auction is for a total of 2 - 2.5 inch 410 Gauge, snap caps. These shotgun snap caps, contain no powder, or primers, but they will chamber, look and feel like they should. They are weighed with lead, but cannot fire, nor can they ever be made to fire. Unlike plastic or one-piece metal snap caps, these won't flake off, will fit your chamber, and look like they should. These 410 snap caps can be used as an educational training aid to demonstrate correct loading and unloading, and they can be used to cushion the firing pin. These will fit in 2.5 inch and 3-inch chambered shotguns. These were commercial Fiocchi or Ballistic Product hulls that have been mechanically cleaned, sized, filled, and had the primer pocket plugged, and crimped. You can visually tell they are inert, as the top of the hull, and the primer pocket is plugged with an orange poly. The orange poly will cushion your firing pin hundreds of times and will not flake off like others.Shipping is a flat $4.00 for 1 set and $1.00 for each additional set, up to $8.00 maximum shipping for all sets.
