Lund originally only made one size lens and they have several different thickness of visors. My lenses are the exact opening size of the original Lund lens. This extra amount of preload on the original lenses caused them to crack along the thin center. I have eliminated the cracking issue by making the center bend of my lens thicker but because of the thicker material the lenses require heat to be expanded open farther if necessary.
