Description: No. 8 Cast iron gem pan has 11 oval cooking chambers. This piece has been stripped to bare iron and has three layers of seasoning applied using grapeseed oil. The piece has two gate marks and was likely produced sometime from the mid to late 1800's as this method of casting was discontinued by the early 1900s. Would be great to make buscuits or small desserts. This piece is in beautiful condition and will make a great addition to your collection. This item is an antique and is part of cast iron cookware history! It may have casting flaws, marks, or imperfections that are typical of the era, which do not affect its functionality. Please see photos as they are part of the description. If you have any questions feel free to send me a message. All sales are final.
