Description: Fantastic machine age floor ashtray. Good, presentable condition for the age. Signed in two places with paper labels. Chrome base is bright, has a little corrosion where it meets bottom piece. Top has general consistent light scratches throughout, a couple splots that may clean up, no cracks or chips. Base has some light spotting, a couple corner bumps. Actual ashtray can has heavy corrosion inside, a couple holes on bottom. Plunger with wood knob most likely had some type of nut on the bottom holding it together. It is missing, plunger just rests on top. It looks good for display. I think the wood ball is a later replacement also. Overall, the thing looks super and displays great. With some type of liner in the ashtray, it definitely could be used for what it was intended for. Measures about 20”x20”x10”. I only ship Wednesday morning. Thank you for looking.
