The rod appears to be unused but, if it has been used it was well cared for. There are a couple of scrapes on the shafts that I feel occurred when the line guide from one shaft rubbed on another shaft while in the bag – see pictures – and the plug that goes in the butt is missing. Everything else on the rod looks to be in great condition.
