All Electrical parts must be unopened and in the original sealed packaging. All returns require an RGA# & must be requested within 30 days of purchase. Returns without a RGA# and/or beyond 30 days may be refused and will be handled on a case-by-case basis. If an error is made on our part, we will cover the return shipment and re-shipment of the correct product. If you are returning an item on your own, package the product accordingly to prevent damage. If the product being returned is damaged, it is the buyer’s responsibility to handle the damage claim with the carrier he/she chose to ship with. Refunds are typically issued within 48 hours of being processed and may take 3-5 business days to post to your account. Cores: Core returns are to be returned within 45 days of receipt of your product. Cores must be returned in the original manufacturer packaging they came in to receive full core credit. If a core label is requested, the shipping cost will be deducted from the core refund amount. WARRANTY Warranty replacement parts are to be returned to us at the expense of the buyer. We cover the ONLY part(s) the parts we sell. We do not cover shipping, towing or repair fees. Parts submitted for warranty replacement must be inspected by our staff. Warranty replacement part(s) will ship within 24-48 hours of us receiving the defective part. If this is not acceptable, we recommend purchasing a new part from us to replace the part being submitted for warranty.
