Description: Vintage Georg Jensen Denmark sterling silver hammered sugar dish/bowl, pattern #568C. This oval footed bowl features a lightly hammered finish. Hallmark dates this piece to circa 1925-1932. Measures approx 4 7/8" long, 3 5/8" wide, 1" deep, 2 1/8" x 1 5/8" base. Weighs approx 77.1g, 49.6dwt. Marked IMPORTE DE DANEMARK GEORG JENSEN in crown dotted oval 568C GI 925S in dotted circle Very nice condition with some light tarnish, small discoloration tarnish spots in the bowl and slight surface scratches. The rim and base are slightly bent (see photos). Will come packaged in a gift box or pouch (when possible) and will be shipped US Priority Mail with insurance.
