Missoni Unsized 1980s Dramatic Red/Black Long Draped Maxi Dress with Open Back

Description: Attention Missoni Collectors: This may be the one-of-a kind dress you have been looking for. I have never seen it anywhere else. I personally bought in Italy in the 80's at a Missoni store and it was the only one. It may have been a sample but I am not sure. I just had to have it. It is just time to pass it on. :( Fabulously dramatic vintage Missoni long dress that molds to body in a very forgiving way. Since purchasing this dress in the 80's, I have been anywhere between a size 2 and size 8. It has molded to my body despite my size so I was able to wear it at each stage. The sleeves add an element of drama as well since they are oversized at the shoulder and taper to the wrist. The back is completely open from the top of the back to the low back. This dress clings to every beautiful, sexy curve, without feeling bodycon . Nearly a maxi, depending on your height (I am 5'2") this dress drapes from the shoulders to the low part of the calves It is a very sexy, elegant statement piece and you will feel special wearing it. Condition: Excellent. I cannot find a single snag or mark. I bought it new and have worn it selectively through the years maybe 6 times so there is not much wear. Comes from non-smoking home so there is no odor detected. NOTES: Approx. measurements are 16" at the widest part of the hips and 47 1/2 inches long from shoulder to hem. Easily folds when traveling without wrinkling!
