The figure is 1/6 scale, includes weapons and other accessories, and is still brand new and factory sealed. The packaging is overall in good shape though the rear right edge has separated at the seams (can be seen in the 7th & 8th picture), but it should be pretty easy to glue down back in place if desired. Apart from that there are some small box dents, tears, and other light storage/age wear, though nothing which would effect the box contents.
