Marked on the base as model 1000 made by the Superior Electric Products Corp. Fan operates as it should. Single speed with oscillation. Painted metal finish is nice with some small nicks and scratches but overall nice. 12" Blade cage is nice and shiny chrome. Blades look good. Electric cord shows some soiling.
