This is a 100%, vintage, original BACKUP lens by Teleoptic Sparton, the same company that made the famous OKAY PASS light. (By the way, I have a bunch of NOS and used OKAY PASS lights if you're interested.) this one does have a tiny, tiny, tiny chip at the edge, which certainly will not be visible when mounted.
