Don't be fooled by the lesser brands. As you can see from the specifications above, they belong to a class of fuses called "Slow Blow" and "Time Delay". (These terms are synonymous.) Simply put, it means that these 10 amp fuses will allow much more than 10 amps for awhile, and eventually they'll blow ― but not if the current drops down below 10 amps in a reasonable amount of time. This is a wonderfully useful tool for circuit designers. As just one example, consider a motor circuit where the motor during startup draws a huge amount of current; then once it gets up to speed, the current settles down to a much lower running current. (For most motors, the starting current is usually several times the running current.) There are many other ways this works. This problem of either initial or periodic surges of current is a common circuit problem which the designer often solves by using a Slow Blow fuse, which, by its very nature does not provide as good a protection as a faster blow. In a bind, whenever a circuit failure which includes a blown medium-blow fuse, there's always the temptation to put a more readily available fast blow (non time delay) fuse in its place. But if the design calls for a slow blow or a medium blow (time delay) fuse, there is a reason for it. So if that's the fuse that was there before, then that's what you should replace it with.
