Returned/Exchanged items must be in original factory condition, include all: accessories, packaging materials, manuals, and warranty cards (if applicable, and must not be filled out). Email us to request for a Return Merchandise Authorization(RMA). We cannot control defects but in case of any, we will take all efforts to resolve the issue in a timely manner.
