Description: Marvel Comics, The Uncanny X-Men # 150 Comic Book (First Printing) from 1981 COMIC HAND SIGNED BY ARTIST DAVE COCKRUM & WRITER CHRIS CLAREMONT & EDITOR LOUISE SIMONSON AKA LOUISE JONES! (see my other auctions for more signed comics & cards). Comic was hand signed by Chris Claremont & Louise Simonson at the annual New York Comic-Con 2012, and by Dave Cockrum at the annual New York Big Apple Comic-Con 2000. It comes with both my POA's (Proof Of Authenticity) & COA (Certificate Of Authenticity).Sadly Dave Cockrum, co-creator of Storm, Nightcrawler & Colossus, passed away in 2006, he is missed! Chris Claremont & Joe Rubinstein currently charge $15.00 for an autograph. It comes with both my POA's and a COA! 3 AUTOGRAPHS FOR 1 BID! Comic is in a VG/Fine or better condition. Creasing lower right corner front cover and some stains inside front cover, see pics. Still displays beautifully. To eliminate some concerns as to the authenticity of an autographed item, I include in most cases, what I call a POA (Proof Of Authenticity), which usually is a copy of the flyer addressed to me and the page listing the artist as a scheduled guest. While I provide certificates for some items, my experience at early conventions is that, the table selling certificates is far removed from most of the artists. As a result, the signing isn't witnessed by the seller of the certificate, so how can this be guaranteed authentic? Another source of certificates are those printed up by the seller who guarantees authenticity!!! Just a thought not to get hung up on certificates. I have been selling signed items on ebay since December 4, 1998. I haven't had any problems with authenticity in all that time! I personally guarantee that the signature is authentic, and was signed by the creator, witnessed by me. If you prefer a certificate I also provide those upon request.
