How to Start the Engine ModelFind a windless and flat place.Lift the front hood upwards.Open the fuel tank cover and add fuel.Ignite the wick.Shift the gear lever backwards into neutral.Continuously rotate the flywheel to start the engine (when the temperature is below 10°C, condensation may occur in the cylinder, so continuous rotation of the flywheel is required after igniting the wick for two minutes).Adjust the distance of the wick to achieve maximum engine speed, and drip oil into the oil port.Lower down the front hood, shift gear lever into forward gear, and model starts moving. Engine Model MaintenanceThis model is a purely mechanical model, and all mechanical parts will wear out over time. The cylinder may develop carbon deposits with prolonged use. If the cylinder resistance increases and it cannot start or the speed is low, please perform timely maintenance. Maintenance method: Disassemble the cylinder, polish the cylinder and piston with 6W green emery paper, and apply 300-grit graphite powder. Use your hand to apply it to the cylinder wall, and use a tissue to clean off any excess powder. The new piston-cylinder clearance is precise and not suitable for lubrication with industrial white oil (sewing machine oil).
