Description: Super Rare Garden State Park Racetrack vintage T-shirt for sale as shown. GSP was located in Cherry Hill NJ and was originally opened in 1942 and burnt to the ground in 1977. It was re-built and reopened in 1985 and was then closed for good in 2001. It featured some of the most popular thoroughbred and Harness horses , drivers, and jockeys of all time and was a true piece of horse racing history. These T-shirts were sold in the GSP gift shop from 1985-2001 and made in the USA by a company called "Silks" (see tag). I believe they were also a promotional give away on 1 or 2 nights in the 1990's but i cant quite recall. Mine were purchased in the gift shop (on a big $ $ winning night!) and washed once and have been safely stored away ever since! Size is Medium and they were made to stretch and fit snuggly as was the style in the 1990's. 50% polyester and 50% cotton. Tan color with signature GSP emblem and green sleeve and neck piping as shown. 100% authentic vintage in mint condition. Extremely popular style in its day. You just wont find these come up for sale anywhere. Great piece of horse racing history at a very resonable price. I have about a dozen of them to sell and once they are gone you probably wont ever see one again in this mint unworn condition. Shipping cost is $5 anywhere in the US. Thanks for looking.
