Description: Vintage 1930s 1940s Black Silk Velvet Dress Floral Lace Neckline with Rhinestones. This dress is made of a deep black velvet. It has a very full hem and features white floral lace detailing along the neckline with rhinestones as well as puff sleeves. There is a 10 inch side seam with a working metal zipper. This dress is in good condition for its age, however the lace around the neckline has some yellowing and rust colored stains. There is a small hole in the seam down the front of the dress.
