Description: This is a Chevy 216 cylinder head part # 3835517From my research this head will work on a 1941 to 1953 216 engine, but this is probably a 1950 to 53 head due to the 14mm spark plug holes.I bought this head from a cylinder head rebuild shop that was going out of business, it had been in inventory in the back room behind a bunch of other heads for many years, so it is dirty from storage. Head was rebuilt and put into inventory before it was apparently forgotten about. Looks like its ready to be used with a little cleanup.Shop owner passed away, so everything was auctioned off. This head weighs 72 pounds without packaging, I figured 83 pounds with a box so shipping will be spendy. Local pickup is welcomed, but if you want it shipped it might take me a couple days to find the proper box and get it to FedEx.I will ship fully insured, so a signature will be required for delivery.Sorry, no shipping to P.O. boxes.
