The size and measurements cannot be known since that corner of the envelope is missing, but I think it is a size 14 that can be adjusted from Size 10 to Size 18. Includes the sewing instructions. This is a machine cut pattern, but it is missing 5 of the pieces. The Envelope is in poor condition with heavy toning of the paper, split edge on the bottom, missing section of the top right corner near the top flap. The envelope is in fair condition with the bottom edge split, missing top flap, a couple of tears along the edge and minor toning. Only 8 of 13 pieces were verified.
