Description: Beautiful bright royal blue (definitely a jewel tone) vintage velveteen fabric. Although it is sturdy, it has a wonderful flexibility to it as it is backed in what feels like a light twill or something similar (shown in second picture). The material is not rough on backside unlike many upholstery type velvets or velveteens. I know this was washed and dried quite some time ago and am familiar with garments that were made with this and it launders well! Piece is 34" wide and 117" long (3.25 Yards) I do combine shipping!
