I have not tried to remove the stains/marks - I will leave that up to you and your cleaner. I am 99% sure it is acetate material. There’s slight fume fading making the black look a tinge off color in some areas due to storage. Last 3 pics show the underarm area where this is seen. It is slight but not perfect.
