Vintage Frederick Cooper Tang Dynasty Style MCM Horse Table Lamp 1960S?

It has a couple small flaws hence why it is heavily discounted from market price ($1600-$2000 from what I've found) The horses raised foot and lower jaw were both broken at some point in this piece's life.(See pictures 8-12). Not sure if they were completely broke off or just cracked and repaired. Whoever did the repairs did a really good job.
