Description: This is a beautiful vintage Qiana scarf by Frankie Welch.It was produced for the US Bicentennial in 1976. It's made of nylon and measures 33-1/2" long by 8" wide. It's repeating pattern says "The Bicentennial Council of the Thirteen Original States" then lists them as NH, Mass, RI, Conn, NY, Penn, NJ, Del, Md, Va, NC, SC, Ga. The colors are a lovely mixture of muted white, tan, and dark orange.It has some minor age-related fraying along the edges (see last two photos).What a nice vintage piece!
