This cord is likely a replacement cord for ITT or SC wall phones in this color as WE was not making nonmodular phones during the time period when this cord was likely made. The cord is a nonmodular 4 spade to 4 spade connector labeled A4 and L4 with a stubby type handset end. It is new old stock without packaging. Tested for continuity.
