Description: Up for sale is a vintage and unsmoked 1920's (or earlier perhaps) Spaulding and Merrick Corn Cake corn cob estate pipe. Spaulding and Merrick had a large tobacco manufacturing facility and retail store in Chicago, IL from 1868-1925 at 168 Lake Street, No.'s. 9, 11, 13 and 15 River Street and provided 175 jobs. If you had to list corn cob (or any) pipe that fell into the category of "Where could I find another in this condition for sale" this would fit the description. This is one of those pipes that you literally may never see again in a lifetime. Don't let this one pass you by! N.O.S. condition with only a small spilt on the end of the cain stem to mention as a flaw and I will repair that before shipping. It's app. 6 1/4" L x 1 7/8" H with a bowl bore of 3/4". The pipe rest in photos is a prop and not included in the sale. U.S. shipping only.
