Description: Offered here is one of the twelve plate Wedgwood set of Old London Views that was produced by Wedgwood in 1941 and sponsored by the British War Relief Society, USA to support the war effort. The plate it is extremely good condition without any chips, cracks or crazing. It measures approx. 10.5". This is a 1st Edition Plate. This is a scene of STAPLE INN. The back of the plate tells all about the Inn. The back also has the Wedgwood mark and states that this is a 1st Edition. I have the other plates in this series listed in separate offerings and will be glad to combine shipping when possible.
