This is an extremely RARE local COMPLETE newspaper covering the Woodstock festival days after it ended on August 18, 1969. There are two sections: the main section has 8 pages; the second (Sports & Classified) section has 6 Pages. This is an original LOCAL newspaper from Sullivan County. The front page has an article by Art Sugarman, Editor, detailing the historic event and a separate Editorial. The front page has a fantastic aerial photograph of the concert and audience. On page 4, there are letters to the newspaper mentioning Jimi Hendrix and quotes from Max Yasgur, the dairy farmer that hosted the event.
